Submit Manuscript

As part of the submission process, authors must confirm that their submission complies with all of the following guidelines. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements may be returned to the author.

  1. PUBLICATION STATUS: The submission has not been previously published and is not currently under consideration by another journal.
  2. FORMATTING: Submitted as a Microsoft Word file, 12-point font, single-spaced, using italics (rather than underlining, with the exception of URLs).
  3. CITATIONS: All citations appear in footnotes, conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, include URLs where available, and provide pincites where necessary.
  4. LENGTH: Article submissions should be under 25,000 words, including footnotes (roughly 50 pages).
  5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: Authors are required to independently verify the accuracy and existence of all information and outputs generated by AI.
